Broken switch plate tile..no Service after arrives broken!

"Recently purchased the Ivory Tavertine 4 toggle switch plate in which had a hairline crack in it! My response from Customer Service was..we do not replace the item nor refund it once its shipped to you...as the Customer is responsible for item once it ships! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? So a broken switch plate is neither replace or refunded..only a 20% discount. So laughable! Not funny"
