• Don’t forget to add the overage you will need for cuts, waste, breaks, and future repairs. The standard overage we recommend is 10%.

Sample Information

• We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order. Tile is subject to standard variances resulting from the manufacturing process. All products are within the industry standard variance levels. Additionally, while we strive to provide accurate professional photography, colors may appear different due to variations in cameras, lighting, and screen displays.
• Sample sizes vary depending on the product, and typically come as a small section of the product.
• When ordering a sample of this product a swatch sample will be sent as a sample. Swatch sizes are usually 3"x6", 4"x4", 6"x6" or 8"x8".
• 2 sample of the same item is allowed per household/address.
• Samples are not returnable.

Shipping Information

• Shipping is available within contiguous United States, with limited item availability for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Special arrangements can be made for customers from Canada, please contact us to get a quote.
• For large orders and all other shipping-related inquiries, please contact our shipping department.

Ship / Lead Time

• Depending on the size and the contents of your order, most orders will be processed in 1–4 business days. This processing time applies to all orders, including those with expedited shipping.

Item Location / Local Pickup

• Items are located in Southern California (Anaheim, CA).
• You can choose the "Pickup in store" option during checkout.
• Local pickup is available by appointment only, and same-day pickups are not offered.

Return Policy

• Some items are non-returnable. You can send us an email to make the item you are interested in does not fall under our nonreturnable items.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
